- These rates will be valid for three (3) days before and three (3) days after the event date, subject to room and/or rate availability.
- Children aged 0 to 2 years stay for free when sharing a room with two adults.
- Children aged 3 to 12 years pay the child rate.
- Individuals aged 13 and older pay the adult rate.
- Each room must have at least one adult (over 18 years old).
- In the case of one adult and one minor, the minor will pay the adult rate based on double occupancy.
- To qualify for the child rate, they must be accompanied by two adults per room.
- The maximum room occupancy is three (3) persons, including children.
- An option for a workshop prior to the Congress is offered, with a variable rate per participant.
